Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects across their full lifecycle
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, development, QA, and business stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and report updates
- Manage project budgets, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and process optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
- 3–6 years of proven experience in project management
- Experience managing software/IT development projects
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
- PMP or similar certification is a plus
