Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing activities and lead generation
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Translate technical product features into business benefits.
  • Develop customized solutions and architecture based on client needs.
  • Help identify customer pain points and contribute to the overall solution strategy.
  • Coordinate with teams and prepare proposals
  • Onboarding clients
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

BBA/MBA

1-3 years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, sales role.

Strong understanding of SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, OEM, ERP.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to think strategically.
