You'll own and grow relationships across our technology partner ecosystem. The job involves working
directly with executive leadership to deepen strategic alliances, spot emerging partnership opportunities,
and coordinate partner marketing initiatives across five global offices.
The right person genuinely enjoys building relationships. You're comfortable navigating partner
organizations, figuring out their priorities, and finding where those align with what Holograph needs. Some
weeks that means coordinating a co-marketing campaign. Other weeks you're mapping out a certification
roadmap or preparing for a quarterly partner review.
You'll have direct access to company leadership and real influence on where we take the business.
You'll be the primary contact for our technology partnerships: Atlassian, AWS, Microsoft, Google, Adobe,
and GitLab. That means building relationships with partner managers and channel teams across each
vendor, tracking accreditation status and tier requirements, and making sure we're actually using the
partner program benefits we've earned.
Quarterly partner reviews fall on your plate. So does driving certification growth across the team.
Beyond managing existing relationships, you'll scout emerging technology partnerships that complement
our portfolio. This involves researching potential partners, assessing strategic fit, and putting together the
business case: market opportunity, client demand signals, competitive positioning.
When we decide to pursue a new partnership, you'll manage the process from first conversation through
formal agreement.
Co-marketing is a big part of this role. You'll coordinate with partner marketing teams on joint webinars,
case studies, events, and content collaborations. You'll make sure Holograph shows up in partner
directories and promotional programs. And you'll work with our marketing team to actually use the MDF
(Market Development Funds) and co-op dollars available to us.
You'll work with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to align partnership activities with business priorities. When
partner programs change or new opportunities come up, you're the one communicating that across the
organization. Sales teams will come to you for partner resources, co-sell support, and deal registration help.
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, channel management, or business development.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal. (This one matters more than anything else on this list.)
- You'll represent Holograph to major technology vendors and coordinate across teams globally.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships across organizations.
- Strong organizational skills because you'll be juggling multiple partnerships, programs, and stakeholders at once.
- Self-starter mentality. (This role requires initiative.)
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
- Background in IT services, enterprise software, or technology consulting.
- Familiarity with how partner programs actually work: tiers, accreditations, MDF, co-sell frameworks.
- Some exposure to marketing operations or running co-marketing programs.
You find genuine satisfaction in relationship building. Curiosity about technology trends helps because you'll
need to quickly understand new products and markets. You're comfortable when things are ambiguous and
can create structure where none exists.
Proactive communication matters here. When something's blocked or unclear, you raise it early. And you
care about details. Partner programs have deadlines and requirements.
