- Architect and govern multi-domain, multi-site Active Directory environments
- Define standards for OU structures, GPOs, trust models, and AD topology
- Manage FSMO roles and Active Directory Sites & Services
- Implement strong identity and messaging security baselines
- Lead privileged access management and hardening initiatives
- Proactively address vulnerabilities and audit findings
- Manage Exchange environments (On-Prem, Hybrid, Online)
- Ensure secure and reliable mail flow and compliance configurations
- Continuously optimize performance and availability
- Own Enterprise PKI and certificate lifecycle management
- Support core identity protocols: Kerberos, LDAP, NTLM, and trusts
- Drive upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives
- Lead RCA efforts and ensure continuous improvement
- Work within structured change governance (CAB) processes
- Design and validate disaster recovery strategies
- Lead DR drills and ensure business continuity readiness
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members
- Promote best practices, documentation, and automation (PowerShell)
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise Windows infrastructure
- Deep expertise in Active Directory and Exchange ecosystems
- Strong knowledge of GPO, DNS, DHCP, and identity management
- Experience with Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022)
- Hands-on with High Availability, DR, and backup/restore strategies
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Strong focus on security, governance, and compliance
- Microsoft certifications (Identity / Azure / Security)
- Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID
- Exposure to Zero Trust frameworks
