About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Project / Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of Managed Services and technology projects while optimizing resource utilization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects across Atlassian ecosystems (SDLC, ITSM), including Data Center to Cloud migrations, implementation, and solution design, along with managing ongoing support services. The role also requires strong exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices to drive CI/CD adoption and cloud optimization initiatives. You will collaborate with Solution Architects and Sales teams on RFPs, manage client communications, and provide regular updates to leadership, while driving team performance, accountability, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Services and project-based engagements
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
- Optimize resource allocation based on project priorities and workload
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and support Sales teams in RFP technical proposals
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and stakeholder management
- Track, monitor, and report project progress, risks, and outcomes to management
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and delivery best practices
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively
- Drive team performance through regular reviews and clear goal setting
- Mentor, guide, and motivate team members to achieve daily and weekly targets
Core Expertise (Any of the Following)
- Delivery across Atlassian solutions (SDLC, ITSM), including implementation and Data Center to Cloud migration
- Cloud optimization across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments (cost, performance, scalability)
- DevOps implementation, including CI/CD pipelines and automation practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- 8–12 years of overall experience in technology delivery
- Minimum 4+ years in a Delivery Manager / Senior Project Manager role
- Proven experience in Managed Services delivery models
- Track record of delivering complex, multi-team projects
Technical Skills
- Hands-on familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management)
- Experience in Atlassian Data Center to Cloud migrations
- Good understanding of Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, containers, infrastructure-as-code)
Project Management
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum / ITIL certifications are a plus
Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- High ownership mindset with strong execution focus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Support hiring, onboarding, and scaling of delivery and engineering teams
