- Administer and optimize enterprise storage environments (configuration, monitoring, performance tuning)
- Manage storage platforms including Dell EMC, IBM Storage, and Pure Storage
- Handle SAN/NAS environments, including zoning, LUN masking, and SAN director management
- Implement and manage replication solutions for HA and DR
- Monitor system performance and lead capacity planning initiatives
- Integrate and manage backup solutions and data lifecycle processes (retention, archiving)
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise storage administration
- Strong expertise in SAN and NAS technologies
- Hands-on experience with storage replication, HA, and DR solutions
- Deep understanding of performance monitoring and capacity planning
- Experience with backup integration and data lifecycle management
