1. Cloud Strategy & Architecture
1. Define and lead enterprise cloud strategy and AWS architecture roadmap.
2. Design secure, scalable, and highly available cloud solutions.
3. Establish AWS Landing Zone, governance model, and multi-account architecture.
4. Align cloud architecture with business, security, and compliance requirements.
2. Cloud Migration (On-Prem & Cloud-to-Cloud)
1. Lead infrastructure assessments and migration readiness analysis.
2. Architect and execute:
a. Re-host (Lift & Shift)
b. Re-platform
c. Re-architect strategies
3. Utilize AWS Migration tools (AWS MGN, DMS, Snowball, DataSync).
4. Ensure business continuity, minimal downtime, and performance optimization during migration.
3. Cloud Solutions & Infrastructure Management
1. Design and manage:
a. Compute (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda)
b. Storage (S3, EBS, FSx)
c. Databases (RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB)
d. Networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN)
2. Implement high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
3. Architect hybrid cloud connectivity between on-prem and AWS environments.
4. Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation).
5. Establish monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK).
4. AI & Advanced Cloud Integration
1. Design and deploy AI/ML solutions using:
a. Amazon SageMaker
b. Amazon Bedrock
c. Rekognition
d. Comprehend
2. Integrate AI services into enterprise applications and automation workflows.
3. Support data lake and analytics architecture for AI-driven decision-making.
5. Security, Compliance & Governance
1. Implement AWS Well-Architected Framework best practices.
2. Design IAM strategies and zero-trust security models.
3. Deploy security services (Security Hub, GuardDuty, WAF, Shield).
4. Ensure compliance with regional and international standards.
5. Conduct periodic architecture and security reviews.
6. DevOps, Automation & Cost Optimization
1. Design CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation frameworks.
2. Enable containerization using Docker & Kubernetes (EKS).
3. Drive cost governance, FinOps practices, and AWS cost optimization strategies.
4. Automate provisioning and scaling policies.
7. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
1. Act as the primary Cloud Architecture advisor to business stakeholders.
2. Present technical solution proposals and cost models.
3. Provide architecture documentation and governance reports.
4. Mentor engineering teams and enforce best practices.
Required Qualifications
1. 8+ years of IT experience with strong cloud and infrastructure background.
2. 5+ years of hands-on AWS architecture experience.
3. Proven experience in enterprise-scale cloud migration.
4. Strong expertise in networking, virtualization, storage, and security.
Preferred Certifications
1. AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
2. AWS DevOps Engineer
3. AWS Security Specialty
4. Kubernetes / Terraform Certification
The job location will be in Pune or Bangalore, the selected candidate has to join us by last week of March 2026.
