Key Responsibilities

OEM & Partner Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners
  • Manage OEM partner portals and ensure profile compliance
  • Register opportunities and track deal approvals
  • Coordinate OEM pricing, discounts, special bids, and renewals
  • Support partner onboarding and annual program renewals

Sales Enablement

  • Coordinate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams for partner support
  • Assist in preparing quotations and licensing proposals
  • Track partner-generated opportunities and pipeline
  • Ensure timely response to OEM and distributor requests

Partner Programs & Certifications

  • Monitor certification requirements across business units
  • Track partner competency status and specialization achievements
  • Coordinate certification schedules with HR and technical teams
  • Maintain OEM compliance documentation

Marketing & GTM

  • Coordinate webinars, workshops, and joint marketing campaigns
  • Support MDF activities and claim submissions
  • Work with Marketing to execute OEM campaigns
  • Maintain partner marketing assets and collateral

Reporting & Operations

  • Prepare weekly and monthly partnership dashboards
  • Track partner performance metrics
  • Maintain CRM and partner database accuracy
  • Generate reports on pipeline, revenue, certifications, deal registrations, renewals, and incentives

Required Skills

  • 1–2 years in OEM Partnerships, Channel Sales, Alliance Operations, or IT Business Development
  • Understanding of Cloud, SaaS, Cybersecurity, or IT Infrastructure
  • Experience working with partner portals (Google, Microsoft, AWS, Atlassian, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of licensing and channel sales processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certifications in Google Cloud, Microsoft, AWS, or Atlassian are an added advantage
