Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential B2B clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, databases, directories, and online research.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of prospects.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria before passing them to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies.
- Track and report lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target industries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and prospect analysis.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
